By creating an account or using Peekaso ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Peekaso is an App Store keyword research tool. It provides market data, competition analysis, and AI-assisted insights to help indie iOS developers make informed decisions about what to build and how to rank in the App Store.
Data is sourced from public App Store information and updated regularly. We make no guarantees about completeness, real-time accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Peekaso offers one-time access passes, not subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
Passes are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Passes can be renewed or upgraded at any time. Unused days from your current pass carry over when you upgrade.

Peekaso uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate keyword analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or business advice. You should independently verify any decisions made based on Peekaso data.
App Store data is based on publicly available information and third-party sources. Revenue estimates are approximations, not guarantees.
Peekaso's design, code, and branding are owned by us. The underlying App Store data is owned by Apple Inc. Peekaso is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
You retain ownership of any content you create using Peekaso (e.g. exported data, saved keyword lists).
We aim to keep Peekaso available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and offer pro-rated refunds for unused pass time.
Peekaso is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made based on market data or AI-generated analysis.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
